I came Across the "Reset to Initial Value Whenever Page runs" Check Box in data Item

I Didn't Get the Exact Use OF that Function Can You Please Help me With that

Where I Can Use it Giving an example 

It would be Very Grateful If you Help me.

By default the setting is On, meaning that whenever the diagram flow passes through the Start stage the data item will be reset to its default value. When the setting if Off the data item will retain whatever value it currently has. In the vast majority of situations you should leave the checkbox ticked. Only run tick it if you want to maintain some sort of running total or something like that.
