Please check the help system for information about AutomateC.exe. AutomateC is a command line utility that's included in the BP software installation. You can use it from batch files, PowerShell scripts, etc.
There are lots of parameters that can be configured with it. For starting a process you'll want to look at /run and /startp (for any startup parameters).
