Use the Learning Edition for a standalone install: https://www.blueprism.com/resources/learning-edition/
You could use the trial edition as well, but I would imagine you'd have to know what you're doing a little more because you'd probably have to install SQL Server on your own, do the connection setup on your own, and anything else such as if you decided to use an app server locally. Just use the Learning Edition to avoid all that and to see how Blue Prism works essentially. When you are ready to try things out fully at your organization, then that's when you can use the Trial.
