This usually means that you have a second startup script somewhere.
A few places to check:

A few places to check:
- Sometimes people have the startup script in the all users startup folder and service account folder.
- The All Users Startup Folder is located at the following path: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp.
- The Current User Startup Folder is located here: C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.
- You could also check to see if you have two startup scripts in the same startup folder.
- If you have using Windows Task Scheduler to start your script, you could check to make sure you don't have two things scheduled to start upon startup.
