I am trying to use newly launched tool - AI gateway. while it was working fine from last 2 days
Today - I am getting a error in listing the models. any issue ongoing with tool?

Hi Neeraj,
Some users were reporting an issue with this earlier today, where /rag/ingest, /rag/ingest/register, and /rag/ingest/listfiles were intermittently timing out or returning forcibly closed connection errors.
Our AI Gateway team performed a small update and restarted the service recently, so it should be up and running again. Could you try this action again and let us know if you're still getting the same error?

I'm not aware of any new issues today, but if you're encountering these errors repeatedly and for an extended period of time, I'd recommend opening a Support ticket via our Portal using the 'SS&C AI Gateway' product selection in the drop-down menu. One of our engineers could then investigate this further with our Product team via the ticket.
