About Blue Prism control room settings

Hi All,

I am trying to run Bot from control room but I am getting the "BP0043 is too busy to run that process" error. Please see the screen shot below.

how can i solve this problem. please assist me as soon as possible.

Good morning Robiul,

What version of BP are you running? Also, what is the status of the resource in the control room, and are any other sessions running? That is the message it gives when there is already something running on the Digital Worker and the run mode doesn't allow the process you're trying to run to execute (e.g. a second exclusive process or a second foreground process).
