Access to user credentials no longer working.

Good morning, I have been testing in our UAT environment which has been going fine, all of a sudden today when I went to log into our target application using BP object, the object brings back the error ' You do not have permission to read the credential '******' I know I do because when I go into Security and Credentials, I open up the access that I want to log in with and my resource is ticked in the list, the process I am using is ticked in the list and all of the roles are also ticked. If anyone has come across a similar issue please can you let me know how to resolve this. Thank you, Matt

Hi Matt, Sounds like something got locked and didn't unlock somewhere in the background. Try dropping the credential and re-creating it exactly and see if that fixes it. -Dex

Hi Dex, Thank you for replying I have tried this and I am still unable to use my credentials. The in the description it shows I have access to all. Thanks, Matt
