Issue with global mouse clicks/ active accessibility mode on a remote desktop

Hi all, For a client we have several processes operational but we are now facing difficulties with one particular process which uses Internet Explorer to retrieve a dossier in PDF. We are using a schedule to kick-off processes on an external desktop which is in a locked server space. The desktop in the space works fine for every action except for the specific website; where it appaers to loose its ability to use the active accessibility mode actions. On a specific point (https://insolventies.rechtspraak.nl/#!/zoeken/index) the robot enters a dossier number but it won't come through (it enters the dossier number, but the search button results in an overview of all results, as in: no entry thus showing all). The strange thing is that the action works absolutely fine when runned on a local desktop (dossier number in, single output on next page), thus we are puzzled. Any one any ideas on what kind of Attributes we can tick on/ off or manipulate to get this going again? Things that are ticked on in the box: Width, Role, Parent Value, Parent ID, Parent Description, Name, Match index, Keyboard shortcut, ID, Enabled, Class name. *it also appears that the global mouseclicks hardly work Kind regards, Justin

Hi Justin - are you using RDP to connect to the remote machine? RDP is not recommended for a number of reasons, but particularly regarding global mouse clicks. If you connect with RDP, the desktop is disposed once you disconnect. This means that mouse clicks will work when you are connected, but will not after you are disconnected.
