Hello,
I have tried launching Adobe Reader from the application modeler, and it is not launching at all. After three launch tries, the application hangs and can not further work.
Previously when it was launching, if I tried to spy any element of Adobe Reader, like the button that would open a file for example, it would not spy anything successfully, and would return blank records.
Any help would be appreciated.

I prefer you use Start Process action from Blue Prism - Utility Environment VBO. To display pdf in blue prism. Give your PDF file path path as a application argument .
Or use Adobe acrobat API to export pdf into word format . Or if you can help us what your use case is ?
