Adobe livesign

Has anybody been able to spy the documents via the livesign version of Adobe. The livesign product is a replacement for the need for wet signature. We are finding that BP can only spy the whole screen and not elements in the document. Only solution at the moment is AA but team are concerned about the robustness of that

Have you read the pdf guide in the learning area of the portal. That guide is very clear that Blue Prism is not an OCR/ICR tool - Elements can only be spied within a pdf document if that document has been created with accessibility in mind (and ideally with bookmarks): https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/acrobat/using/create-verify-pdf-accessibilit… If a pdf has not been created in an accessible way then you cannot expect any RPA platform to be able to interface with it easily.
