Archiving automatic mode

Hi, We are trying to archive old logs with the automatic mode but the program doesn´t save all logs, only one per day. What is the problem? How does BluePrism archive the logs? Many thanks

The archiving identifies any sessions older than the cut-off date, and then either deletes them or extracts them from the DB into a folder, according to the setting you have specified. Auto archiving does not start immediately after you have applied your settings - BP decides when to initiate archiving when the chosen resource PC is not busy.

Hi John, We have not received any answers to our last comment. We are having trouble with automatic log archiving, can you please read the document and tell us what is happening? What does ""when the chosen resource PC is not busy"" means? We have noticed that when archiving manually, sometimes we get a System Out Of Memory error, and some execution logs cannot be archived due to this reason. How does this affect automatic archiving? Thanks in advance
