You need to run some investigations to determine further the root cause.
The first thing I would check is the network connectivity between the Blue Prism Server and the Database Server. Run a latency test and make the assessment. Did you get any error when the service drop, such as credential rejection , you may want to check the server's user access permission to see if there is any incorrect password or expired password. Are you aware of any recent OS patching or security/system update? Check the system event logs to determine the root of the service failure if you have the access to the logs.
