Dears,
there seems to be a serious bug in Decipher where, if you navigate away from the Data Verification page while having a batch loaded to verify, that batch is no longer available to verify afterwards.
The batch seems to be assigned to the user who loaded it. However, if this user does not finish the batch by submitting or saving it, but instead closes the browser or navigates away, the batch is gone.
This seems to be a serious bug, as it may jeopardize certain batches to be processed by users (imagine someone who leaves on holiday and forgets to 'properly' close his batches).
The only workaround I found at the moment is to go into admin mode and re-start the batch in the Capture phase. It would be a nightmare if this needs to be done in a productive environment.
