Blue Prism Application crashes while running process

Hello,

Our Runtime Resources keeps "disconnecting" from Blue Prism control center. After remoting in, I noticed that the Blue Prism application itself is crashing. Error details below. Has anyone encountered this before?

I don't know the reason for MAPIEx causing a crash. However, if you are unable to figure out a solution and really even if you are able to, I'd say abandon MAPIEx altogether by switching to using the MS Outlook Email VBO. It has fewer problems than MAPIEx.

Hi Matthew

I would agree with Dave's suggestion. However, if you are unable to move away from MAPIEx, then please also check out the following article in the Blue Prism Support Center (if you haven't already done so) just in case there is a link to a relevant solution from here.

We are working with a vendor to implement our RPA solutions and they opted for MAPIEx for reasons I'm not familiar with. I will share this info with my development team to see if this is something we can move to ourselves.
