Hi all,
I’m testing Blueprism Desktop atm.
I followed this document, https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/bp-7-1/en-us/blue-prism-desktop/desktop-install/desktop-install-overview.htm?tocpath=Blue%20Prism%20Desktop%7CInstalling%20Blue%20Prism%20Desktop%7C_____1
Here’s what I’ve done.
Server Side
- Installed Blue Prism Enterprise 7.1
- Installed Blue Prism Hub 4.6
- Configured Authentication Server
- Installed Blue Prism API
- Installed Blue Prism Digital Worker API
Blue Prism Desktop Side
- Installed Blue Prism Desktop 1.0
- Configured connection to the Server
After these steps, I tried logging in but got this error message.
If I entered a wrong password, the authentication server recognizes it and alerts me.
So, I think the authentication server is working correctly.
But after 1 ~ 2 minutes of loading, I got this error.
"Blue prism Desktop cannot connect to this computer."
Any idea...?
