Good morning, I've been trying for a while now with no success , I can't find it where do you input it on the code, does someone know where to change this value?

You have to Set the Key Name in SYSTEM - Queue, it must be the same like in your Collection you Add to Queue

The "Key Name" name must have the same name as the collection im using in add to queue?

The key name should be a field within the collection that's being added. The key field itself does not need to be unique; you can have multiple of the same key value potentially.​ I typically set it to either an ID field if one exists, or a field that's useful to see when viewing the work queue items.

Does the queue need to be active and have values in the collection for it to write in the Case ID?

No its not required but queue should be active to pass work to bot
