Yes, Blue Prism version 6.5 or above is required to use Decipher IDP

what is the difference between blueprism decipher IDP and microsoft azure related cognitive services like form recognizer ?

Hi,

There are multiple OCR tools available and each has its own pros and cons. I have not used Form Recognizer but i have used Decipher IDP with BluePrism. So if you are looking something to integrate directly with BluePrism then i would say go with Decipher IDP. But of-course as i said earlier each tool has its own pros and cons so you can explore as per your requirement.
