Harish,

Here are some steps that may help you out. In the past, I've addressed blurry display of Blue Prism by changing settings for the app from the "Compatibility" option in its properties. Here's what I had to do on Windows 10:

  1. Start Blue Prism
  2. Right click on the Blue Prism icon in the task bar and then right click on the Automate.exe entry and select Properties
  3. On the Compatibility tab select Change high DPI settings
  4. In the pop-up, check the option Override high DPI scaling behavior.
  5. In the drop-down select System
  6. Click OK
  7. Click OK again
  8. Restart Blue Prism
Cheers,

Make sure your Scale and layout 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items' in Display properties of Windows is set to '100%'.

Edit: Also, you'll need to logout and back into Windows after making these kinds of changes before you can be sure it's fixed since changing that setting doesn't update on some apps until after you logout/login.

Hi David,

Thanks for your response. Display property of Windows is already 100% but I changed to 125% and reverted back to 100% and logout /login it's working now.

The solution by Eric is great but for me it works in System (Enhanced) mode. But there is problem with "Queue" view in control room, I can't view items once I scroll down.

Another solution would be Turn off all compatibility setting for automate.exe and then change your resolution to a lower resolution of same aspect ratio i.e. if your resolution is 1920x1080 then you can try 1600x900 that'll give you bigger font size as well as fix scaling issues.
