It would be best to submit a ticket for this request since this a security related subject. We will send you the correct script to reset it.

Kanika,
How did you end up resolving your issue? I got the same script from BP Support. In the past they have been very helpful, but my ticket was assigned to a lemon this time!
I'm using powerShell in admin mode, and in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL\MSSQL13.SQLEXPRESS\MSSQL and ran the same script but to no avail.
Did you have to use MS SQL Management Console?
I'm in a WIN10 VM, really don't like to download extra apptlns unless necessary (not much storage allocated on my puny corp Linux laptop.

I have a Learning license and I have tried to submit a ticket but there doesn't seem to be an option.
Is there some page I can go to for assistance. I have been looking for over an hour.
I have tried email support@blueprism.com, but all I get is an automated email stating Blueprism doesn't recognise my account.
Thanks

I think you are using trial version and your licence is expired.
Please right email to training@blueprism.com from your register email id.
Thanks

Hi Stephan,
Yes, you have to use the SQL Management studio to get the script to run correctly,
Thanks,
