Blueprism sending error while using 2 app servers with loadbalancer

Hello,

Recently, we started receiving error from blueprism 7.1.2 which were caugth by our monitoring. The errors say:

Our environment is based on 3 prod machines connected through loadbalancer and two appservers. 

Seems like there are few issues:

• While one appserver is dealing with the process the second one tries to run it again and then giving the mentioned errors.
• Processes do not log out somethimes after finishing the job
• We are receiving alerts from BP through azure even if we cannot find the rootcausing log in blueprism/windows logs.

Anyone ever faced that issue?
