The message seems to suggest, the portal does not recognize that you are logged in. I would suggest logging out, closing the browser and starting a fresh instance and logging in just to be sure your account is recognized. Also, strangely enough, when I tried tagging you on this message, I saw three name options and couldn't figure out which one to pick. I'm assuming that you have just one account and the others belong to other users. It does help to add a picture so we can recognize the correct account.

I did take a quick look and it seems that you only have basic access to our Portal site as you just created this profile. I would recommend emailing support@blueprism.com to open up a ticket with our Administrative team to have them take a look into this. When you open up this ticket, please do include the email address that you are using to log into the Portal with.
