Check box value (true or false) extraction from a word document

Hi Team,

Need your expertise and  help.

I have a scenario, where i have to extract check box value (true or false) from a word  document.
the check boxes will present in table.

By Using MS Word VBO, i am able to get word document table row value as text. but  i need table cell check box value.

for example below are  check boxes in word file.

need out  put has below.

please help me.
