I'm not sure if you've looked into the other forum threads about Chrome automation. If you haven't, that will be worth a read. Just search on the forum for 'Chrome' and you'll find quite a few discussions about that in the past few months. Chrome automation can be very troublesome for several reasons. Chrome has automation-breaking updates on a regular basis (this has been a thing for a long time), so you'll want to ensure that Chrome does not auto-update. As you pointed out, at least currently there are fewer options available in Chrome automation from Blue Prism compared to IE (no Navigate URL last I check, for example) which makes the automations more brittle due to the way you have to interact with Chrome to get the functionality you want.
That said, I think it's good people are attempting and the developers at Blue Prism will be able to improve the tool more and more as time goes by and more organizations are using Chrome. Anyway, I encourage you to read through the previous threads on Chrome automation issues to see what kind of problems you might run into.
