Citrix Connection Issue

Hi, Our client application is connected through Citrix. The issue we have at hand is that the citrix connect times out after 10-15 minutes. It may be cause by application not recognizing global send key in surface automation causing it to think it's been inactive. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any solution? Thanks!

Try Global Send Key Events for the 'keep alive' keystrokes - maybe set up a test with a loop that just periodically sends a GSKE and see if the session times out or not.
