Dead locks

Hi Guys,

We are currently facing deadlock issue with one of our process.
We run about 100k records daily on multiple bots.
when ever we are trying to update the queue or get the data from the queue using tags we are getting this error

ERROR: Internal : Transaction (Process ID 75) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

How to over come it.

There are couple of ways to resolve this issue. Please check below knowledge center thread.

Once you open the link it might ask   two options whether you are agent or customer. Select customer and use the same BP portal credentials to login the Support center.
