Debug hook failed -failed to find reference to parent form

Hi ,   Please help me to get through this problem, after 3 runs of my process I am not able to attach to application for further process , I am getting "Debug hook failed-failed to find reference to parent form " error , please help with this , I tried retry to attach , close and reopen the application Appreciate for help   Thanks Leela

Have you turned application hooking on in your interface?  It is done  by unticking the 'Restrict to non-invasive automation techniques' check box in application modeller (something only appropriate for a some extreamly old (early 90s) windows apps).   If you have unticked it, re-tick it.
