Decipher Capture not working properly.

Hi All,

I am using Decipher IDP to read 2 fields from multiple sets of PDF. Both of these fields are defined as multi-line in the DFD. I have trained Decipher multiple times,  as well as trained the machine learning model as well. But still in most of the instances, Decipher would read the multiline fields partially and missies the information I need. Can you please suggest a solution for this?

Please take a careful look at the Decipher Best Practices document (Decipher IDP best practices (blueprism.com)). This provides guidance on training documents to ensure the best results.
