Decipher Install - Decipher Server error

Hi
We are installing Decipher on multi tenant platform. All Decipher components are installed on the same server and using SQL Authentication for SQL installation.

We are receiving an error when installing the Decipher Server component.  It does create the Decipher Server DB on sql. We do not see NT Authority user.

Does anyone know the cause the installation error.  We were able to install all other components without an issue. Our problems are around the Decipher Server installation.

I am laughing too now. 

I appreciate the help and knowing others experience the same issue.

Our BP DB has been on the PaaS server for years. We are meeting with our infrastructure team tomorrow to move it to the IaaS server where the Decipher Server DB is at too.
I wish the installation instructions said DO NOT USE SQL PaaS for BP DB and Decipher Server DB.  

Cross my fingers it works after more infrastructure changes.

Hi Jennifer,

Sorry that it isn't more clear, but at this time Decipher is not supported in the cloud and is on-premises only at this time.

We are aware of customer demand in this area and are working hard to make it available. If you have any questions or would like to be notified of when this happens, please reach out to your account manager.

What are cloud hosting capabilities of Decipher IDP and can it run as an Azure app service?

The initial releases of Decipher IDP will be an on-premises product in line with the demands of the majority of our customers. However, a cloud-based and SaaS service is on the roadmap.

Though I appreciate this could also be included in the system requirements.
