Have you tried deleting the batch and uploading it again?
Have you tried other documents?
Have you tried reinstalling?
I would recommend raising a support ticket if the above isn't working to ensure we can help you get up and running as quickly as possible. The log files have been centralised into your user folder, but may not be very useful without some expertise available to help 'decode' them.
