Decipher Server Error

Hi all
Updated from 1.2 to 2.1
Sent a package, the server crashes with an error

I manually restart the server, the server does the next step and crashes again.

Please tell me what log and where to look to understand the cause of the error.

Hi Sergei,

Have you tried deleting the batch and uploading it again?
Have you tried other documents?
Have you tried reinstalling?

I would recommend raising a support ticket if the above isn't working to ensure we can help you get up and running as quickly as possible. The log files have been centralised into your user folder, but may not be very useful without some expertise available to help 'decode' them.
