Decipher Server not running (Urgent)

Hi All,
I am setting up Decipher. All component and files are installed. But Decipher Server service is not running in "services.msc". When I right click and start the Decipher Server service it throws following error.

There's two general suggestions:
Check that you have added the Decipher IDP license to Blue Prism
and 
Check you have correctly referenced the Blue Prism database

Could you let us know if you've set those up correctly?

Yes, I have verified and i have given correct Blue Prism database name. I followed the help troubleshoot link and tried all of those things but still no luck. Any further help would be appreciated. Actually I have 2 server showing in MS SQL Studio where my BluePrism database is on my local server(ADMIN SQL server) while DecipherServerDb database is under another server named as SQLExpress. Can this be reason of issue.?

Hello, The problem is solved. Actually my BluePrism server was protected by SQL Authentication and hence Decipher was not able to fetch license. Now i created a new BluePrism database and it is working now. Thank you.

That certainly helps.  What's odd is I've confirmed the database is correct, that I can ping the sql server but still no luck.  One gap I did notice was that the Rabbit MQ service is not installed so I'm not able to restart that service.
