Hi Team,
Have you happened to see the below error in decipher 2.3?
I'm seeing it the first time and the same instance was running fine earlier.
Any idea what might be wrong?

Hello Darji,
The error states that your license is insufficient. Since you stated that this was running fine at first, it could be that your license just expired or that you are running more sessions than your license allows.
For such errors it may be best to open a ticket with Blue Prism Support as they can help review both situations with you. You can open a ticket by emailing support@blueprism.com or using your portal account.
I hope this helps.

We recently got an updated license and a fairly new license. We may have processed approximately 50-70 normal invoices. If issue with the license then I guess the services will not start.

Hi Tejaskumar,
I've not had this error myself, but I think I've heard of some users resolving it by reinstall the licensing service.
Thanks
