Hi Team,
I'm Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), I have connected our Blue Prism database to Power BI to get an overview of all our bots. The process works well, and I can update the data in Power BI by simply clicking the "Update" button, which then automatically pulls data from the Blue Prism database. However, I've noticed that when the internet speed is slow, the data upload process takes longer. During this time, the resource connection in Blue Prism is temporarily lost until the update is complete. Once the data update finishes, the resource returns to its idle/logged off state.
I'm wondering if anyone has any insights on the following:
I'd appreciate any suggestions or recommendations from the group.
Thanks in advance!
Regards
Emmanuel Katto

I would suggest reading all online and training content related to 'Data Gateways' to understand the best way to store and access the data you want to report out in PowerBI. Blue Prism's recommendation has always been that the production database is not directly queried for reporting or dashboard purposes, hence Data Gateways was created as a mechanism of reporting from a data reservoir.
