I am using Salesforce Authentication skill.I can get the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, but the error is occurring on Authenticate With Credential Action.
"Internal : Unexpected error Error during Web API HTTP Request
HTTP Status Code: 400
HTTP Response Content: {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"authentication failure"}"

Additional Information:(Sorry for checking the above comments so late.)
I modified the Connected App in Salesforce (Edit Policies) as below.
Step1. Open the App Manager from Set Up.

Step2. Choose the APP you Created, and Click "Manage".
Step3. Click "Edit Policies"

Step4. Change the OAuth Policies below.
・Relax IP restrictions
・Permitted Users to "All users may self-authorize"

Invalid Grant error means password that you pass is incorrect. Adddtionally the comments below by Luwei will also help
Also you need to enable the API access for the Profile Set in Salesforce
Below settings need to be adjusted in the connected app which needs to be created to access the Salesforce API .
