Hi,
We have 7.3.1 up and running on several Windows 10 machines and have no issue with the login agent and the Login process (part of the standard release package).
However, we have a Windows 11 machine, and the Login process is freezing on the Authenticate step. I am trying to amend the registry key to provide logging, but I'm blocked and need to wait for an administrator to change for me.
We don't require Ctrl-Alt-Delete so don't require SAS.
Just wondering if anyone else had a similar experience on Windows 11 and if you have any suggestions on resolving?
Thanks!

HI @philip_rosser,
It appears that on windows 11, enabling the legal notice may cause the login agent to potentially time out
If that is the case you need to request admin to disable the legal notice

You can also verify whether the issue you encountered is due to enabled legal notice or not
You can verify by opening Registry
in star menu run or win+R and type regedit and select ok and then navigate based on the screenshot below and verify the legal text was enabled or not

@harish.mogulluri Can we edit the login agent code to overcome that popup by clicking OK on the legal notice?
If you can provide the code, it would be really helpful.

Hello,
We actually discovered that a SailPoint security message was popping up and preventing the login. We were able to uninstall this and no longer have the login issue.
Thanks for your help, Philip.
