Error while launching a webpage

Hi,
I am getting the following error whenever I try to launch a web application using navigate stage. Here application is getting launched but post that i am getting below error.
Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Navigate Stage 'Launch' on page 'Launch' - Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
I have tried closing BP and relaunching the application but faced the same issue.
Please help me to resolve this sooner.

I think this is a local environment permissions issue rather than a Blue Prism interface issue, it is certainly not an error I have seen before.
I have searched old support tickets and the best related solution provided by our product team was this:
This error occurs when the Operating System is not able to carry out a task that Blue Prism is asking it to perform and is usually caused by a permissions-related issue with the Windows user account. The O/S generates the error and then passes it through to Blue Prism to display.
