Excel populated Collection fields coming in as '#NAME?'

Hello, I am sure this is an easy fix but I have been searching and can't find the solution.  

I have a collection being populated by an excel worksheet but there are many values being display in the collection as '#NAME?' that are calculated fields in Excel. How do I get the collection to recongized the value being displayed in Excel?

This has been solved. The difference on using concat verse concatenate in excel.
