Facing issue with Get Verified Document process

Hi,
I have completed batches in Decipher but when I run process 3 Get Verified Document, I am neither getting Batch ID nor Documents. And also Flag 'Batch Available' returns False. Need help to resolve why it's happening. My QueueSuffix name is same as what i used while pushing the batch.

Apart from the workarounds of reinstalling, I'm wondering why this issue is still there in the latest version of Decipher.

Since this was reported way back in 2020 I'm curious to know if this is logged in as an issue or not and if the team is working on this to get some sort of fix!
