File Management - Download File

Hi,   Facing issues in downloading file from web address to local drive using File Management - Download File action.   Action is downloading the file, but size of file is only 20kb for any file.   Kindly assist with this issue.   Regards

Hi, I doubt that based on your generic description you will ever get any valuable answer. It is like writing to a car company - help me, my car which I bought does not start. You did not specify the version, whether the download is credentials protected, what is the result of the Download File action - do you get error message, etc.

Most likely trying to download from password protected area, getting error page instead.
