Fonts and Logos missing from Decipher login portal

Hello Team,

Hope you're doing well.
I have completed the installation of decipher but unfortunately fonts and logos are missing from the login portal. Please see the screenshot below. Any pointers how to fix the issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi Jack,

Thanks for your response.

I was able to resolve the issue. I changed the anonymous authentication to select application pool identity and it worked. 
Apparently it was access issue where by IIS was unable to access the Decipher Web folder properly.

Hi Team,

Any pointers on the issue I am facing? I tried multiple things mentioned below but still no luck.

  1. Re-install Web Client
  2. Restarted all decipher services
  3. Reboot server
  4. Clear cache and cookies
  5. Open Decipher web portal on chrome/Edge/IE
