Hi,
I am looking into implementing an use case using Interact.
This process implies data entry from an agent, which is then checked against existing contract data (third party systems).
Depending on the result, the agent can choose between different options.
Depending on the chosen options, further data entry is required from the agent.
This data is then being processed and returns information from various systems to the agent.
So there are a number of dependencies, options and reactions possible requiring a ping pong between human, bot (Interact) and third party systems.
From my perspective I could only find evidence for possible dependencies within a form and delegating approvals to other humans. Maybe there is a more suitable tool within the BP plattform or am I missing out on key capabilities of Interact?
Looking forward to your supportive answers 🙂

Hi Philipp,
Check the Blue Prism Service Assist. It might be helpful for your use case.

Thanks for the hint. Service Assist is currently not included in our license. Can the roughly described use case be realized with interact?

Hi Philipp
I don't know all the details about your use case but in short, yes, I think Interact would be able to handle this. There are a range of actions in the Utility - Interact VBO that the process could use to present the information from the user to the third-party systems and vice versa so as long as the process can handle the necessary paths, you should be able to use Interact.
Thanks

Hello, Philipp,
it can be done in Interact. You can design the forms in a dynamic way so that based on option selected new areas of forms can be displayed and some others can be hidden. Then agent sends the data and BP will query third party systems and displays another form or the same form with pre-populated data. You should analyze whether you need real time (or rather close to real time) processing or it can be asynchronous. As if you need real time (or close to real time) you would need to have sufficient capacity in your licenses to cover the peaks in demand.
