Hi Arghya,
The Get attributes options are for IE explorer only. If you are using Chrome you won't be able to get html attributes from the modeller. Now on version 6.5 of Blue Prism, a new separate option was added called "Get Path" which you can use in chrome to get the web path of the element. Then on version 6.6 the Web Width, Web Height, Web X, and Web Y were added. These are separate options given aside of the Get attributes.
For more details, you can find the documents in
our portal site (go to document section and search by the keyword "Why are my attributes not working correctly in the Chrome Object Model?")
