Get completed batch - False

Hi team,

We are trying to install the decipher server in the separate machine. previously we configured blueprism and decipher server in the same server. so now we are trying to install in separate server. In the new server the get completed batch is resulting in False always eventhough the queue suffix is right and also in the batch history we can see the completed batches. 
Can help how to resolve the issue, how to check this issue in Rabbit MQ y the blueprism couldnt get the completed batches

Hi Sathya,

It seems strange that you have been able to push batches to Decipher, but not retrieve them, these are largely managed by the same configuration.

If you have double checked that the push batch config is the same as the retrieve batches config, I recommend raising a support ticket.

Hi Sathya,

what BP version you have? If you have 6.10 there is change in Decipher dll which needs to be copied to Blue Prism directory. The link is here https://portal.blueprism.com/products/decipher. There was a change and therefore it does not work with old dll version.

Get completed batch is working in the old server which was configured in the same Blueprism server. its strange that its not working in the new server we are configuring.
