How to Compare two excel sheets

Can any one help me on below scenario.   we need to compare two Excel sheets. Ant idea on - how to implement.   Thanks in advance

Compare in what sense? What differences are you looking for?

yeah I want mismatches from my master sheet. here is my scenario  - should export data from sap (export as a spread sheet) and internally we have one master sheet. so i have to compare these two and should report mismatches.   any clue.   thanks in advance

Maybe importing the sheets to collections and then comparing field by field, row by row?
