Don't worry, I got it , it's too simple that I failed to think about  use: Global Send Key  with text values "" ""  to check a checkbox

Why don't you use 'check' action with parameter true?

where is this 'check' action located? as in, could you tell the business Object?

If the control type is checkbox, we can use Navigate, use that checkbox as Element, then select check as 'Action'.
