Hub Decision - Something went wrong

Hi there.
I need some help to solve a problem.

After installing Decision, I selected the Decision menu in Hub in order to test the training .
“Something went wrong” message appeared in the upper right corner.
Afterwards, In spite that Define, Train, and Calibrate actions were performed, but the final learned model could not be saved.

First of all, I need to solve this problem of “Something went wrong” message.
Message does not give any good information to solve.
I looked into several directories and found an errors file for Hub.
