We have developed processes in Blue Prism 5.0.23 using Internet Explorer 9.
There are elements in the Web application spied using HTML and Accessibility(AA) mode for our Process.
We have tried running the process developed in IE 9 on IE 11.
However the process is unable to recognize elements spied using AA mode on IE11. Consequently the process is getting failed.
Is there any compatibility settings that is to be done in Internet Explorer like other RPA tools?

So what you are saying is that the application is being upgraded and the interface requires changing? This should be part of your normal change control practices, I would expect some attributes such as Class Name to potentially change if a platform is upgraded.

^ Agree with Denis. Process will likely need to have it's Objects re-spied to work on the new application (because essentially it is a new application albeit just an updated one, things change like this)
I would however forewarn or try to gain clarity on if there will be any other changes to the application in the coming weeks as during a new application update you get a couple weeks of updates being rolled out so just be aware that if you make adjustments now there could be a pending update that could cause it to break again.
Best of luck
Dexter
