Integration with Remedy using the Remedy APIs

We are looking to create Remedy ticket thru Blueprism. Has anyone ever used Remedy API to created Remedy tickets ? Any help would be appreciated ?

I think we have interfaced with Remedy before but maybe only via the UI. Looking online it seems there may be a REST api for it, so your starting point may be some of the web servcie documents in the product documentation area of the portal.
