The ""Access is Denied"" message you are seeing is generated by the Operating System and passed through to Blue Prism. This error message relates to an underlying permissions issue on the Windows user account which is used to open Blue Prism and launch the target application.
One test which we have previously recommended is to start Blue Prism as administrator by right-clicking and selecting ""Run as administrator"", and then checking if you are able to launch the target application through Blue Prism.
Kindly we ask for you to liaise with your internal IT team to establish which account is being used to run the target application and check whether it has the sufficient permissions to do so.
