It seems your region identified as an image cannot be found! 🙂 Something is changing/different to when you originally mapped out your region - the image is not exactly the same or the attributes you have selected for the window your image does not work persistently. There are a lot of potential reasons, I recommend you ask your mentor/trainer to work on this with you.
